At the heart of the SIYI A8 Mini is a 1/1.7-inch Sony CMOS sensor with 8 megapixels of effective resolution. It records sharp 4K video and detailed stills, and 6X digital zoom brings distant subjects into frame without repositioning the drone.
Every photo can carry GPS coordinates and a timestamp, which makes mapping, inspection reports, and crop surveys easier to organise.
The starlight-grade sensor keeps footage bright and usable at dawn, at dusk, and under cloudy skies.
HDR keeps detail in both bright highlights and dark shadows, so colours stay natural even in high-contrast scenes.
Pair the A8 Mini with the SIYI AI Tracking Module (sold separately) and the gimbal locks onto a selected target, keeping it centred while adjusting focus and zoom in real time.
If the target is briefly hidden or leaves the frame, the module recognises it when it reappears and resumes tracking.
